Was able to talk to the owner of the apts at dela Rosa bldg yesterday with Frances. Wasn't able to see the apt we're interested in though. But I think it'll be good enough. Mr. Dela Rosa was friendly and he said the unit was good. The price was ok although we were hoping it'd be around just 8000, not 9000. I know it stink near McDo but i don't think the smell would go up our room, it just til there at the gate. Frances and I will probably end up there. I'll tell Gene about some more vacancies over there and hope he'll also stays there. It would be nice to have him for a neighbour. I miss him--back in college he always wanted to cheer me up, always managed to make me laugh. He may not seem very thoughtful but this guy has a big heart.
