For our first Surgery SGD, our fascilator gave a motivational talk instead of proceeding to surgery topics that I probably will not remember once I step out of the room.

He gave us three points to remember:
1. Forget about grades.
2. Aim to become GOOD doctors.
3. Read! Read! Read!

Pretty simple. But he's once inspiring teacher. He got me motivated.
